Contact your home university's OUPFB coordinator with any questions you might have regarding the program and to register for a particular module. Each University will have different deadline dates for application.

Some Universities require that students show evidence that they have completed a DepartSmart orientation at, or before, the balance of their field course fees are due. Please check with the Host of individual modules to determine local requirements. Students who drop a field course should not expect a refund of any field course costs. Students are encouraged to purchase cancellation insurance if airline tickets are required

Students are responsible for any fees incurred by the home or host institution as a result of bounced deposit or module fee cheques
